Household Ammonia is a multi-surface cleaner and laundry aid.

For use as a multi-surface cleaner for work surfaces, floors, tiles, mirrors, glassware, crockery & silver.

General Cleaning

For cleaning and degreasing tiles, work surfaces, chrome, enamel stoves and fridges, lino floors, and venetian blinds, Ideal for degreasing combs and brushes. Add 4-8 tablespoons of Household Ammonia (70-140ml) to 5 litres of cold or warm water.

Glass

For windows, mirrors and glassware. Dilute as above

Cutlery, Crockery, Jewellery & Silver

For removing stains & tarnish. Dilute as above. After soaking, rinse and dry immediately.

Laundry Aid

For soaking and hand washing clothes to freshen and to remove stains. Add 2 tablespoons (35ml) per 5 litres of water. Soak for a short time then rinse thoroughly. Use half strength if soaking overnight. Particularly recommended for towels, woollens and blankets.

Wax Stripping

For removing wax polish from floors (ceramic tiles, sealed wood and cork, linoleum and vinyl). Add 250ml of Household Ammonia to 3-4 litres of cold water. Leave for 5 minutes then scrub, rinse and dry. Repeat process if necessary. We recommend to test a small inconspicious area first.
